The journal accepts the articles that have not been published before in the printed and digital editions.

An author is responsible for following the requirements while preparing the materials, including the copyright regulations, reliability of factual data provided, including citations, sources links and regulations of law, names and titles.

While providing the materials an author provides the editorial with the right to publish (post) the submitted materials in a digital format; to announce and distribute the materials submitted to the editorial in a digital version; to review, edit, decline the submitted materials for publication.

An author agrees that the direct or indirect use of provided materials by editorial is conducted without any author’s remuneration payment.

An article is published in original language and must be supplied with an extended annotation revealing all of the article structure elements – in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

An author sends an article to the editorial via email. An article must correspond to the journal policy requirements and Rules for Authors. The articles that do not correspond to the established requirements are not accepted for further reviewing which an author is informed about.

The editorial keeps the right for slight editing and reduction with saving the main conclusions and the author’s stylistics.

The final decision regarding the publication is made by the journal editorial board and an author(s) is(are) informed via phone call or email notification.

An article is published in the order of its time delivery to the editorial. If an article is forwarded back to an author for corrections, the time delivery is a date of receiving the corrected article.
